Key Accountabilities Establish standard times for production processes. Design strategic layouts to promote plant-wide efficiency. Participate in various capital expenditure projects throughout the year. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production. Provide necessary equipment to enhance production efficiency. Analyse workflows to understand systems and processes using Lean Tools like Value Stream Mapping Assess and modify production layouts to improve efficiency. Optimise work distribution and streamline operations. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions. Conduct time studies to reduce variations in operations. Perform audits to identify and eliminate non-conformances. Monitor and preserve assets to support innovation and asset lifecycle tracking. Promote and embed lean culture in the work environment. Conduct SMED to standardise and improve setup processes. Deliver training based on improvement findings from management. Comply with and enforce all KSB Pumps and Valves (Pty) Ltd Policies and Procedures Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
