Precint Manager - Cleaning

The Precinct Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations of the retail facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers and staff. This includes managing a team of cleaners, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations for the entire V&A Waterfront and surrounding neighbourhood. You will be required to work extended hours due to client requirements from time to time.

• Matric or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Retail cleaning environment is preferred
• Fully competent in operation of cleaning equipment and chemical usage.

• Organizational, numeric and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize team tasks effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
