The Finance function is at the heart of the business, ensuring compliance, insightful reporting, and value creation while guiding operational and strategic decisions.
What the role is about:As Manager, Planning, Performance & Reporting, you'll oversee group financial performance, statutory reporting, and management insights. You'll drive business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance while supporting senior management in strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:- Oversee statutory reporting, ensuring IFRS compliance and alignment with corporate, legislative, and regulatory standards
- Lead consolidation and analysis of divisional performance, providing actionable insights to the Board, committees, and internal stakeholders
- Manage annual business planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Conduct strategic costing and pricing analysis to optimize margins and ensure sustainability
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial processes, policies, and reporting frameworks across the Group
- Manage and mentor a team of finance managers, fostering high performance and professional development
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and industry associations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance, HSEQ, and ethics policies
