Job Description

To develop, manage, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring that construction activities are completed on time and aligned with project objectives.

Required Experience
  • 5-10 years planning experience
  • Proven experience using Primavera P6
  • Experience on infrastructure / roadworks / mining projects
Required Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management
Project Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6
  • Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  • Define activity sequencing, durations, and dependencies
  • Perform critical path analysis (CPM)
Progress Monitoring
  • Update schedules based on site progress
  • Track planned vs actual progress
  • Identify delays and propose recovery plans
  • Monitor milestones and key deliverables
Reporting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Develop look-ahead schedules (2-week / 4-week)
  • Provide schedule forecasts and variance analysis
Essential Skills
  • Primavera P6
  • Advanced Excel
  • Understanding of construction sequencing
Professional Registration

Not required but it is an added advantage.
