Job Description
PLANNED MAINTENANCE CLERK (Grading C1) Job specification 
- Grade 10, 11, 12 or equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years' experience in planning and system processes and procedures
- Proficient in English and any other of the 11 official languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Must be deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience as a data capture or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- TMM experience is essential.
- AMMS system experience will be advantageous
- South African Citizenship
- Clear Criminal Record
- Declared medically fit by our OMP
- Extracting information from documents and converting it into data for systems.
- Ensuring data is accurate and meets quality standards or formatting requirements
- Maintaining and developing high standards for the data collected and reported.
- Verify and query missing data and errors.
- Ensure that all data is entered accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
- Liaise with and follow up to collect correct and accurate information.
- Manage and maintain in area of responsibility following mine standards, procedures, and practices
- Adhere to MHSA standards & Gold1's safety motto: Nothing is so important that it cannot be done safely.
