• Allocate all DI's (orders) to be picked to appropriate pickers for picking
• Always ensure pickers place reference numbers and name on each box
• Manage pickers performance and errors, take applicable action to rectify any issues
• Manage urgent picks and customer requests
• In conjunction with Outbound Clerk ensure all urgent orders are despatch
• Maintain close communication between yourself and planners
• Manage no stocks in conjunction with picking and fulfilment of orders
• Hourly performance feedback to pickers

Experience in supply chain and logistics (1 - 2 years)

Experience in same or similar role (1 year)
