EL/PL Solicitor - Leading National Firm - Manchester

Location: Manchester
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 DOE + excellent benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Sector: Personal Injury - EL/PL

Are you a driven EL/PL Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? We're working in partnership with a successful PI law firm that's looking to expand its thriving Personal Injury team in Manchester.

The Role:

You'll handle a caseload of EL/PL files, both litigated and pre-litigated, acting for a mix of insurer and corporate clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded team that provides continuous development and a clear path for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload of EL/PL claims from instruction to resolution

Drafting legal documents and correspondence

Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties

Attending court and settlement conferences where required

Maintaining accurate records and adhering to client SLAs

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-3 years PQE ideal, though all levels considered)

Solid EL/PL or general Personal Injury experience

Strong litigation skills and commercial acumen

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A team player with a proactive attitude
