We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and visitors
- Assist with event planning and coordination when required
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in calendar management and travel arrangement
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Relevant administrative certifications (desirable)
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal office hours when required
