Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to management. This role requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. You will work closely with the manager, supporting daily operations and communication to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Screen, manage, and direct incoming calls and correspondence
- Handle requests, queries, and administrative matters promptly and professionally
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
- Provide ad hoc personal assistance to the manager when required
- Support recruitment activities for the manager's department when necessary
- Assist with purchase orders and related administrative processes
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous but not essential
- Sound knowledge of office administration systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong command of English
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Valid Code 8 driver's license and own reliable vehicle
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
SalaryR6,000 - R14,000 (depending on experience)
