We are looking for a well-presented, business-minded Personal Assistant to support the owner of a spa consulting business. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, professional, and eager to grow within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Business Management qualification who wants hands-on experience and long-term development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the business owner
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and basic business documentation
- Support project coordination for ongoing and new consulting clients
- Conduct basic research and compile information when required
- Perform general office tasks and errands when needed
- Maintain a professional and well-organised workflow for the business
- Business Management Certificate (or similar business-related qualification)
- Well-groomed, professional presentation
- Own reliable transport
- Must be based in Cape Town
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic understanding of customer service or client relations
- Interest in the wellness/spa industry
- Direct mentorship and training from the business owner
- Exposure to all aspects of running a consulting business
