Job Description
Qualifications 
- Additional certificate / qualifications in Admin are advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to communicate in English (verbally and in writing).

- Organize travel, meetings, and events for management.
- Allocate CRM/Dynamics system cases to correct department and owner.
- Arranging petty cash for transport, food and other projects.
- Liaise with HR on disciplinary related employee matters.
- Draft warning in line with the company's disciplinary procedures.
- Arrange Clinic bookings
- Order internal supplies i.e. uniform and stationery.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to production teams as required.
- Capturing of stock during stock taking.
- Complete and carry out administrative tasks effectively and timeously.
- Report unsafe acts and/or working conditions and/or injury on duty to supervisor.
- Assist with staff related queries and issues and assist where possible and report to management.
- Adhere to strict safety precautions.
- Assist in other positions and/or departments in accordance with operational requirements.
