Job Description
The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and ensuring an efficient, organized, and well-coordinated working environment within the department.
The role contributes to the smooth execution of projects by supporting team members and facilitating departmental operations.
Requirements- Grade 12
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum 1-3 years' working experience in the building/construction industry
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in project management.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in office administration.
- Be able to read Architectural and Measurement Drawings
- Be hands on and have problem solving skillsSpeak, Read & Write in English
- Must have work background in the building/construction industry.
- Self starter
- Attention to Detail / Accuracy
- Strong Analytical skills
- Need to be able to problem solve independently.
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and adaptability to rapid environmental changes
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (07h30 to 16h00)
