Job Description

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and ensuring an efficient, organized, and well-coordinated working environment within the department.

The role contributes to the smooth execution of projects by supporting team members and facilitating departmental operations.

Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Minimum 1-3 years' working experience in the building/construction industry
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in project management.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in office administration.
  • Be able to read Architectural and Measurement Drawings
  • Be hands on and have problem solving skillsSpeak, Read & Write in English
Technical Skills
  • Must have work background in the building/construction industry.
  • Self starter
  • Attention to Detail / Accuracy
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Need to be able to problem solve independently.
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptability to rapid environmental changes

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (07h30 to 16h00)
