  • Add new agents on Parcel Perfect and ensure agent details kept updated
  • Ensure all agent rates are received and kept on file by company
  • Ensure all rates loaded on Parcel Perfect
  • Maintain Parcel Perfect on a daily basis, i.e. any fluctuations e.g. fuel must be kept updated
  • Ensure latest price increases are kept updated on Parcel Perfect
  • Any adjustments which are made to the rates need to be update on Parcel Perfect
  • Special quotes from agents are to be updated on Parcel Perfect to ensure accurate billing
  • Operations
  • On a daily basis ensuring actual routing matches to Parcel Perfect
  • Scrutinize data on Parcel Perfect to ensure operation processes are followed systematically
  • Work closely with Operations concerning scanning and routing on Parcel Perfect
  • Reporting
  • Monitor agents billing to ensure they are not overbilling company for services rendered
  • Identify low costs and loss of profit on company side
  • Keep Manager informed with rate comparisons
  • Extract daily reports from Parcel Perfect to analyse cost verses sales
  • Interact with departments where concerns arise
  • Keep up to date with Parcel Perfect with any software upgrades that will enhance our business
  • Performing ADHOC duties when required by Manager
  • Claims
  • Submit claims to Pres marine
  • Administer all claims between Customers and Pres marine
  • Administer Isser and Evetech claims constantly
Inherent Requirements Knowledge & Experience
  • Matric or Senior Certification equivalent
Minimum Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance department
