Job Description

We're looking for two detail-oriented, service-minded People Support Generalists to join our energetic People Support team. You'll be at the heart of the employee experience, ensuring every HR process - from onboarding to exit - runs smoothly and with care.

You'll manage employee data, coordinate lifecycle processes, and provide trusted support to employees and managers across our Manufacturing and Order Fulfilment departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR processes including performance, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist with engagement programs, surveys, and internal communications.
  • Provide recruitment and training administration support.
  • Ensure compliance with POPIA, labour laws, and internal HR policies.
  • Support HR systems (ERS/ESS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and efficiency-driven.
  • Professional, warm, and approachable in every interaction.
  • Able to balance empathy with process discipline.
  • Ownership mindset - follow through until tasks are completed perfectly.
  • Comfortable using HR systems and managing HR data.
Experience Required
  • 2-3 years' experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS / ESS / ERS systems.
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, performance, or learning coordination.
  • Exposure to Production, Manufacturing, Retail, Customer Service, or Warehouse environments.
  • Strong Employee Relations (ER) experience.
Knowledge & Skills
  • HR processes and policies in the South African context.
  • Data accuracy and HR documentation standards.
  • Labour law fundamentals and confidentiality protocols.
  • System-savvy with HRIS / ERP tools for employee information management.
