Payroll Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to strategically oversee and manage the payroll function for our organisation. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely salary payments, accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective leadership of the payroll team and operations. The position will report to Finance with a dotted line to HR.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR or related fields
- 7+ years' experience in payroll management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in payroll systems, ERP systems and MS Excel, Sage 300 or VIP Premier payroll experience advantageous
- Technical expertise, excellent attention to details, numerical, analytical ability, leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of South African labour and tax legislation
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to meet strict payroll deadlines
