Payroll & HR Senior Consultant
Job Description
The Payroll and HR Senior Consultant will be responsible for administering and overseeing different projects at different clients. The incumbent will be responsible for the successful implementation of Sage 300 People processes and ongoing support of the system and will also be responsible for the supervision of Trainee Consultants and/or Consultants.

- Accurate and timeous completion of timesheets.
- Accurate record keeping of billable hours, travel and other financial info impacting client billing.
- Consulting on the following People modules; however, this could be increased to include additional modules depending on business requirements: SAGE 300 People Payroll Modules (Salaries, Wages, GL, Leave), HR (Job, Personnel, Budget, Performance, Skills, Equity) and People Employee Self Service.
- Handling of end-to-end implementation of Sage 300 People in accordance with business processes of the clients
- Conducting Parallel Runs and Live Runs for clients
- Perform System Upgrades and Installations
- Assess clients' training needs in-line with the company's service offering
- Maintain working knowledge of Payroll and Tax legislation
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources / IT or related qualification
- SAGE 300 People Certification
- Valid code B Driver's License and own Reliable Vehicle
- Passed credit and criminal checks
- S.A Citizen, Resident or Valid S.A Work Permit
- 3-5 years relevant HR & Payroll experience (Sage 300 people preferably)
- 3-5 years Consulting experience
