In This Role You'll:- Administer end-to-end US payroll processing for all employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and timeliness
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more
- Maintain and update payroll and benefits records, ensuring impeccable data accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage payroll data and reconciliation using systems like Paychex Flex
- Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting and resolve discrepancies
- Provide employee support by professionally responding to payroll and benefits inquiries
- Process employment changes (new hires, terminations, promotions) in payroll/benefits systems
- Support benefits open enrollment and facilitate employee communications
- Prepare and distribute payroll and benefits reports as needed
- Stay up-to-date with payroll/benefit regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance
- Assist with additional finance and administrative tasks as needed
- Have 2+ years of experience in US payroll and benefits administration
- Are proficient with accounting/payroll platforms like Paychex Flex, Sage Business Cloud, SAP, or similar
- Possess a strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxes, and regulations
- Are well-versed in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, organization, and written/verbal communication skills
- Are self-motivated, discreet, and committed to delivering excellent service
- Hold an HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
- Have prior experience supporting remote HR or finance teams
- Have experience in rapidly growing organizations and adapting to change

Pay: $1,300-$1,500 per month
Work schedule: US Timezone (East Coast)
