Overview

Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is looking for a Payment Network Support Specialist to support network operational processes within a fast-paced payments environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capacity to work with multiple data sources while supporting time-sensitive operational requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive in resolving discrepancies, and able to work accurately in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support network onboarding processes and rollouts
  • Compile and maintain accurate network andbiller-related information
  • Validate and reconcile fee schedules againstactive, dormant, and pending networkconfigurations
  • Cross-reference data across internal systemssuch as Portal and MINT, as well as externalfee sheets
  • Manage relevant portals and inboxes andensure compliance with onboarding anddocumentation requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding networkonboarding and biller activations
  • Coordinate biller and merchant activation,deactivation, and configuration changes acrossnetworks
  • Escalate operational issues or discrepancieswhere necessary
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of network relateddata across systems
  • All other tasks related to the role
Minimum requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar customersupport, operational, or data-focused role
  • Advanced working knowledge of MicrosoftExcel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP,XLOOKUP, pivot tables and working acrossmultiple datasets
  • Experience in the Financial Services industrywith a focus on the payments industry is highlyadvantageous
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language willbe seen as beneficial
