KeyResponsibilities

As a Partnerships Administrator you will serve as aliaison between Currency Partners and our clients with a focus on clientsatisfaction.

Responsibilities& Duties Processflow management on the CRM system
  • Onboarding of partners ensuring compliancerequirements are met.
  • Managing Partners agreements.
  • Handle partner/agent and client queries (fullunderstanding of Currency Partners processes required).
  • Constant upkeep of Currency Partners CRM toensure information is always up to date.
  • Partner event planning.
  • Assist in keeping the Events Calendar up todate for the Business Consultant team.
  • Principles and ethics: Adhering to goodpractice and ethical principles and values.
  • Good work ethic with a willingness to go theextra mile and work as a team player.
  • Must be motivated, energetic and committed tothe role.
  • Meticulous: Impeccably accurate with a keeneye for detail.
  • Service delivery: Delivering results andexceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the abilityto work effortlessly with clients and the team. Displays gravitas &emotional maturity.
Requirements Qualifications& Experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in anadministrative or client support role, ideally within financial services.
  • Experience in partner or relationshipmanagement support is advantageous.
  • Matric required; a relevant tertiaryqualification in business, finance, or marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange or cross-borderpayments will be an advantage.
