The owner of a financial advisory business is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to provide flexible support in a hybrid role for 2 to 4 hours per day. This is a 3-6 month contract. The role will require one in-office meeting per week in Newlands.
The role is ideal for an organised, reliable, and proactive professional who enjoys supporting a small business environment with a mix of administrative, coordination, and light commercial tasks.
Key Responsibilities- General administrative support and day-to-day coordination
- Diary management and scheduling
- Email and document management
- Basic marketing support (content coordination, communications, and follow-ups)
- Basic bookkeeping and record keeping
- Assisting with task tracking and keeping projects moving
- Proven experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with email, document management, and scheduling tools
- Good attention to detail and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Reliable and proactive, with strong follow through on tasks
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with admin systems
- Comfortable supporting a small business environment
- Availability to attend one in person meeting per week in Newlands, Western Cape
