Job Description

A structured operations consultancy, supporting businesses in the hospitality, property, and development sectors, is establishing a Development Finance Desk to assist with large-scale residential developmentsThey are seeking an experienced remote Bond Originator capable of managing high-volume residential unit applications, typically ranging from 50 to 150+ units per development. This is an independent contract, fully remote with flexible hours working approximately 6 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:

Process bond applications for development buyers
Conduct pre-approvals and affordability assessments
Manage multi-bank submissions
Track and report application pipeline status
Liaise with development sales and operations teams
Ensure smooth conversion from sales to bond grant

Requirements
  • Registered and compliant bond originator in South Africa
  • Experience with development-related bond volumes preferred
  • Strong pipeline and CRM management skills
  • Capacity to scale for volume-based developments
Independent Contractor agreement with commission-based / volume-based incentives
