• Pack all finished ceramic stock according to Rialheim quality and packaging standards
• Allocate, track, and manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) across production stages
• Label, organise, and store packed stock correctly within the studio
• Coordinate with production teams to prioritise urgent or deadline-driven items
• Ensure fragile handling protocols are followed at all times
• Assist with stock preparation for dispatch and internal transfers
• Support quality control by identifying and flagging defects, damage, or inconsistencies
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and organisation in packing and storage areas
• Assist with weekly stocktakes when required

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with fragile, high-quality products
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience in packing, stock control, production, or studio environments is advantageous

• Oversight of studio production flow
• Allocation of work to artisans
• Deadline planning and operational coordination
• Full responsibility for studio stock, orders, and quality control
