Roles and Responsibilities

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking to expand our B2C TeleSales Team, engaging with consumers directly, to satisfy their home buying needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who is looking to join an Industry disruptor and revolutionise the property portal space.

You'll be joining the Sales team as a Telephone Sales Executive to focus on extending the range of services offered across the OneDome group of companies (Covering mortgages, conveyancing, protection policies and financial planning) securing appointments for our specialist brokers.

Responsibilities:
  • Make high volume outbound calls to consumers in line with daily call targets
  • Identify customer needs and promote relevant OneDome services
  • Successfully book qualified appointments for specialist brokers
  • Build strong rapport quickly and maintain a professional telephone manner
  • Handle objections confidently and adapt sales strategies to close outcomes
  • Accurately capture customer information and update CRM systems
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a call centre or telephone sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving call targets and appointment booking or sales KPIs
  • Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure
  • Self motivated, competitive, and results driven mindset
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced and evolving sales environment
  • Experience in property, financial services, or insurance is advantageous but not essential

Full-time employment

Basic salary: R14,000 per month
