About the team

The Operations Team ensures the efficient coordination of logistics, inventory, compliance, and asset recoveries. The team plays a central role in tracking assets, maintaining operational accuracy, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. This is a collaborative environment that provides valuable hands-on experience and strong foundational exposure for individuals looking to grow their careers in operations.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Officer to support the Operations Department across its core functions, including logistics, inventory management, compliance, and recoveries. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring operational processes run efficiently, assets are accurately tracked, compliance requirements are met, and recovery processes are properly coordinated. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in operations within a structured and fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing
  • Support logistics coordination, including dispatch, delivery tracking, and collections
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the asset register and CRM systems
  • Track asset allocation, movement, and status across the asset lifecycle
  • Assist in monitoring operational compliance and ensuring completeness of required documentation
  • Support investigations and resolution of operational discrepancies or incidents
  • Assist with tracking and follow-up of outstanding asset recoveries
  • Reconcile operational data across trackers, logistics reports, and internal systems
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and trackersLiaise with internal teams and external partners to support operational activities
  • Ensure adherence to operational processes, controls, and standard procedures
What we are looking for
  • N6 Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in operations, administration, logistics, or coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
