We are hiring a high-ownership Operations Manager to build structure, drive accountability, and improve execution across the business. This is an entrepreneurial role. You will not be maintaining systems - you will be building and improving them. You will work directly with leadership to translate vision into measurable outcomes. If you are process-driven, decisive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, this role is designed for you.

• Oversee daily business operations
• Design, implement, and refine SOPs
• Improve workflow efficiency and scalability
• Build and manage KPI dashboards

• 5+ years in operations or business management
• Experience managing remote teams
