About the RoleWe are hiring a high-ownership Operations Manager to build structure, drive accountability, and improve execution across the business. This is an entrepreneurial role. You will not be maintaining systems - you will be building and improving them. You will work directly with leadership to translate vision into measurable outcomes. If you are process-driven, decisive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, this role is designed for you.
What You Will Do Operational Leadership- Oversee daily business operations
- Design, implement, and refine SOPs
- Improve workflow efficiency and scalability
- Build and manage KPI dashboards
- Translate company goals into operational plans
- Break down quarterly targets into actionable deliverables
- Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively
- Lead and manage remote team members
- Set clear KPIs and enforce accountability
- Conduct weekly performance check-ins
- Implement tools to improve operational efficiency
- Reduce manual processes through automation
- Standardize reporting systems
- 5+ years in operations or business management
- Experience managing remote teams
- Strong systems and process mindset
