Location: Remote, Offshore (Open to South Africa, LATAM, or Eastern Europe) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Compensation: Competitive Base Salary (Dependent on Experience)

Role Overview

We are an industry-leading event marketing agency dedicated to helping premium wedding and event venues across the United States scale their bookings. We are looking for an Operations Manager / CSM who is more than just a task manager-we need a "people person" with a high degree of emotional intelligence, a fun personality, and a genuine desire to learn and grow with a dynamic startup.

In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our high-end venue clients and our internal fulfillment team. You will handle everything from onboarding and campaign planning to performance reporting and social media content revisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the face of the agency for our venue clients. Conduct monthly report walkthroughs, manage check-ins, and ensure clients are thrilled with their results.
  • Onboarding & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues, ensuring all campaign assets and goals are aligned.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and refine internal workflows and SOPs. As operations is a growing area of our business, you will have a direct hand in building the systems we use.
  • Agile Execution: This is a startup environment. You'll need to jump into diverse tasks, such as making content revisions on the fly, creating social media posts, or assisting with product development.
  • Performance Monitoring: Keep a pulse on advertising goals and objectives, ensuring campaigns are executed successfully and on time.
Required Qualifications & "Must-Haves"
  • Agency Experience: Proven experience working within an agency that runs paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Customer Success: A strong background in managing client portfolios and maintaining high retention rates.
  • Operational Mindset: Experience in business SOP development and a high level of self-regulation and time management.
  • Creative Literacy: A good eye for design and basic skills in graphic/video editing for social media content.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to "read the room" and connect with high-level business owners.

  • Industry Specifics: Prior experience in the wedding/event venue industry or a strong background in Hospitality .
  • Venue Ads Experience: Previous work with an agency specifically focused on lead generation for venues or restaurants.
  • Work from Home: 100% remote.
