Our client, a growing and dynamic organization operating across Southern Africa and international markets, is seeking a highly analytical and technically minded Operations Analyst to join their team based in Umhlanga.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven junior professional who is looking to develop within a fast-paced industrial environment while gaining exposure to international supply chains, technical operations, commercial strategy, and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency, logistics execution, product support, and supply chain optimisation across the business.
- Degree or Diploma in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Chemical Technology
- Analytical Sciences
- Supply Chain or related technical qualification
- 1-3 years' experience within:
- Chemicals
- Mining
- Fuels
- Industrial manufacturing
- Engineering or related sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Commercially aware with a technical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Resilient, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment
- Strong Excel and reporting capability advantageous

- Travel to customers, suppliers, and industry conferences when required
