Job Description

Our client in Kirkwood, Eastern Cape, has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Co-Ordinator to join their team. You will play a key role in delivering and coordinating specific pest control programs in the area.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys teamwork, and is passionate about agriculture.

Responsibilities:

Support the Manager and operational team to deliver excellent service to clients.

Oversee and assist with daily operational planning, task assignments, and supervision.

Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all vehicles are serviced and properly maintained.

Submit daily attendance registers and coordinate logistical operations.

Conduct regular quality checks and uphold company quality standards.

Ensure 5S principles are practiced and maintained across operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Growers through regular meetings and communication.

Manage HR functions such as attendance, leave, performance, and discipline.

Liaise daily with pilots, release teams, and monitoring staff.

Keep documentation and procedures clear, accurate, and up to date.

Requirements

National Higher Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Agricultural Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience.

AVCASA and/or PCO certification will be an advantage.
