Operational Accountant: Xero & Cin7 Expert

• Manage the day-to-day operational accounting function across multiple group entities.
• Perform bookkeeping and transactional finance duties using Xero.
• Manage the Cin7 ERP system, including inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, production, and costing.
• Prepare and complete bank, supplier, debtor, inventory, and VAT reconciliations.
• Support monthly close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with debtors, creditors, payment runs, and statutory compliance processes.
• Support finance system standardisation, integrations, and migration projects.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve processes and system efficiency.

• BCom in Accounting or related qualification.
• Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA articles.
• 1-2 years' post-articles experience advantageous.
• Strong hands-on experience with Xero.
• Experience with Cin7 Core / Omni ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and operational accounting.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
