Job Description

As an Oneo Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential candidates on LinkedIn for the various roles we work on as a recruitment agency. Your primary objective will be to source high-quality candidates and ensure they book meetings with our sales team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment, with the potential to transition into a full-time recruiter role upon successful completion of the internship.

Responsibilities
  • Source and identify potential candidates on LinkedIn for open positions.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized messages to generate interest in our job opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings between interested candidates and our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our recruitment database.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the requirements of various roles and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Experience
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
