Onboarding Specialist

Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires/clients (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff)
  • Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding and training materials (SOPs, guides, videos, presentations)
  • Ensure new employees are fully trained on internal systems (e.g., Rethink, scheduling platforms, communication tools)
  • Conduct system walk-throughs and hands on training to ensure competency
  • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure training aligns with clinical standards and expectations
  • Track and monitor training completion and employee readiness before they begin working with clients
  • Provide ongoing support and follow up training as needed post onboarding
  • Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training programs and processes
  • Assist with onboarding coordination (documentation, scheduling, system setup) as needed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding and initial training period
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement (healthcare or ABA preferred)
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software
  • Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand training
  • Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training
