Office Administrator

An Office Administrator - competent, with excellent communication and time management skills, highly organised with strong follow up skills- required to efficiently run the office of a Crane Sales and Rental company in Cape Town.

Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Bookkeeping / accounting certificate or equivalent
  • ERP computer system experience
  • Plant hire, or transport industry experience would be advantageous
  • MS Office suite
  • Own transport preferable
  • 6+ years' experience within an office / operations administration environment and administration of accounts
Main Functions
  • Manage telephone
  • Quotes, Invoicing and follow up
  • Order office stationery and all office supplier
  • Ensure all office automation maintained
  • Admin support to Operations Department
  • Administration re orders and bookings
  • Administration for Debtors and Creditors
  • Compile quotes and follow up
  • Follow up with job sheets with staff
  • Ensure all related company certificates are updated and company is compliant
