Job DescriptionIn this role, you will support the delivery of nutrition-focused training to First Nations in-store team members as part of the First Nations Nutrition Workforce Program. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation where nutrition, community and impacttruly matter. Based in Alice Springs, you will travel across remote communities in Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia, delivering practical nutrition training and supporting frontline teams to make healthier choices every day.
You will build strong relationships with store teams, stakeholders, and communities, while championing nutrition programs that create real, positive change for Indigenous communities across Australia.
What You Will DoDeliver engaging nutrition training and mentoring to Store teams in remote communities
Support Store and Area Managers with nutrition program compliance
Work closely with Operations and Merchandise teams
Participate in community health promotion and engagement activities
Respect and support cultural diversity and Indigenous health practices
Share ideas, feedback and improvements to strengthen nutrition outcomes

Desired Skills and Experience Desired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor or postgraduate qualification in Nutrition or Dietetics(APD accredited or equivalent)
Sound knowledge of current nutrition and dietetics practices
Relevant health or nutrition experience
Ability toobtain Working With Children Check and National Police Check obtain
Current unrestricted driver's licence
Highly regarded (but not essential):
At least 2 years' experience in a nutrition or health-focused role
Confidence working with diverse cultural and community groups
Understanding of health determinants and Aboriginal health in remote settings
