Job Title

Night Manager.

Qualification

Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing Council.

Post-basic qualifications in Nursing Management, Clinical Nursing, or a related specialty are highly desirable.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably with night shift MNGT experience.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict management skills, especially during night operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Sound knowledge of nursing standards, patient safety protocols, and infection control practices.
  • Competence in documentation, reporting, and basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, hospital information systems).
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
