Listing architect: NEIL FRANKS ARCHITECTURE
We are a small Cape Town-based design practice, looking to appoint a qualified Project Architect to join our team to work primarily on residential projects.
Qualifications and experience- MArch degree
- Minimum of 2 years' post-graduate professional experience
- Capable of taking projects from Stage 3 to completion
- Although not mandatory, should ideally be registered with SACAP
- Demonstrate good administrative and organizational skills
- Experience in detailing and production of working drawings
- Resolution of designs to a detailed level
- Design sensitivity
- Attention to detail
- Experience in upper-end residential projects
- Autocad and Sketchup proficiency
- Revit experience advantageous
Friendly, professional manner, team worker, self-regulated, good communicator
