Listing architect: NEIL FRANKS ARCHITECTURE

We are a small Cape Town-based design practice, looking to appoint a qualified Project Architect to join our team to work primarily on residential projects.

Qualifications and experience
  • MArch degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-graduate professional experience
  • Capable of taking projects from Stage 3 to completion
  • Although not mandatory, should ideally be registered with SACAP
Skills
  • Demonstrate good administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience in detailing and production of working drawings
  • Resolution of designs to a detailed level
  • Design sensitivity
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in upper-end residential projects
Software competence
  • Autocad and Sketchup proficiency
  • Revit experience advantageous
Qualities

Friendly, professional manner, team worker, self-regulated, good communicator
