Position Overview:

qnectU is a premier Managed IT Services Provider based in the United States, renowned for delivering cutting-edge IT, Cybersecurity, and Compliance Solutions to businesses of all sizes. Our South African company, Uboni SA (Pty) Ltd., is currently seeking a proactive, goal-driven Appointment Setter to join our team remotely from South Africa.

As a critical member of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent employment position (NOT contract work).

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, telemarketing, OR other relevant phone sales experience. Please ONLY apply if you have been SUCCESSFUL in a role where you had to make outbound prospecting calls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound prospecting calls (100+ daily) to qualify leads and set sales appointments.
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Research prospects to tailor outreach and provide relevant information to the team.
• Confirm and coordinate appointments for senior sales consultants.
• Enter and maintain accurate lead and prospect data in the CRM system.
• Overcome objections and communicate persuasively to build trust with prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
• Support sales efforts by providing research and materials as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven success in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, persuasive skills, and objection-handling.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on achieving measurable results.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Team Player: Comfortable working remotely while collaborating with a team.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position based in South Africa. The role requires working U.S. business hours, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where prioritization and adaptability are key.
