Type: Permanent Location: Johannesburg (Auckland Park) Reporting to: Manager Duties and Responsibilities- Process and manage motor insurance claims efficiently and accurately
- Investigate and assess the validity of claims
- Communicate with policyholders, service providers, and other relevant parties
- Document claim activities and maintain records
- Negotiate settlements with claimants
- Proven experience as a Motor Claims Technician or similar role
- Matric and FAIS accredited is an advantage
- Broker office experience at least 2 years in motor claims in the short term industry
- DOFA confirmation with FSB, commercial and personal lines motor claims
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in relevant software applications
