Our International Regional Ministry team is looking for a missionary to serve as a Ministry Director taking the responsibility for the development, quality, and impact of TWR's ministry in southern Africa. This individual will act as the primary link between the TWR East and Southern Africa Regional Office, National Partners and other partnerships functioning in the designated ministry area.

- Lead, motivate and encourage cross cultural teams
- Plan, organize and manage resources toward strategic ministry outcomes
- Work independently, managing priorities for optimal use of resources
- Manage relationships with TWR National Partners and other media partners, ensuring quality of ministry and documentation of ministry impact
- Develop new partnerships in the designated ministry area
- Explore media platform opportunities: FM stations and networks, start ups, and digital initiatives in corroboration with regional development plans
- Maintain flow of information with programs/projects to enable financial resource mobilization and accountability
- Contribute to the understanding and practice of partnership with indigenous missions/international missions and Non Governmental Organizations through regular visits, speaking, teaching, and writing
- Participate in TWR Africa strategy planning and implementation
- Knowledge, skill, and mental acumen equivalent to the completion of a Master's degree with courses in missions, leadership, cross cultural communication, and relevant history and world religions
- Experience in cross cultural ministry and leadership development
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills and fluency in at least two major trade languages of Africa, including English
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively, sometimes at short notice or for extended periods of time
