A Mining house based in the Limpopo region is looking for an experienced Business Improvement Manager.
DutiesManage improvement teams to realise Business goals aligned with Business Unit improvement targets. To own the Improvement Strategy for the area of responsibility.
Qualifications / Requirements- BEng Industrial Engineering or B Degree (Hons)
- 8 - 10 years Strong Business Improvement / Continuous improvement experience in Mining with at least 3 - 5 yrs management experience
- Tools/skills: TOC (theory of constraints), Black belt Six sigma, Systems thinking skills.
