MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASProvide MHR placement services to clients
Placement administration of panel members
REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma/ Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE- Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
- Good understanding of the relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace
