We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for a 24 months Graduate Programme under Services. The position will report to Methods Manager and is based at Midrand.

Job Purpose

The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in the transport rail manufacturing industry. Participants will experience a dynamic and challenging work environment, collaborating with various teams across the organization. The role includes servicing and maintaining high quality products, as well as supporting the monitoring of compliance with Gibela's requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Industrialise the manufacturing and maintenance of the product for repair centres, taking into account existing standards & project constraints.
  • Monitor Life Cycle Cost for repair activity.
  • Contribute to ERP and database in link with engineering breakdown structure and production activity.
  • To create all tasks in LCC TOOL in line with Make or Buy strategy.
  • To manager LCC IT tool in line with repair activity.
  • Obtain (FROM OEM) and update the industrial documentation necessary for all production & maintenance.
Qualifications
  • National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
  • B-Tech/Advanced Diploma/BEngTech: Industrial Eng will be advantageous
  • South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
  • Excellent communicate skills in English
  • MS Office literate
