Reporting to: Greencare Merchandising Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in the Cape. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the full range of products is always available on store shelves, tracking inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 100% distribution of products on shelves at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and advise on adjustments to min/max levels.
  • Report any issues or shortages to Head Office/Sales team.
  • Embody Brand Ambassador values in daily work.
  • Provide exemplary customer attention and service.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports with feedback and updates.
  • Build relationships with new and existing floor staff and store management.
  • Conduct regular product insight coaching and training for staff.
Requirements:
  • Grade 11 certification.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • 1-3 years of shelf packing/merchandising experience.
  • Dynamic self-starter with a willingness to build a career in an evolving company.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail experience within an FMCG environment.
  • Industry knowledge and experience beneficial.
  • Good reading and writing ability.
  • No criminal record.
  • Must reside in the Cape.
Remuneration:
  • Starting salary: R8,000 (dependent on candidate experience).
