Role: DRIVER: ONCS Role Overview Involves providing safe and efficient transportation for emergency to healthcare facilities and patients requiring medical assistance. Working closely with all involved, hospital stock controllers, clinics, Doctors, Territory Managers and warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities • Use POD scanners and recording on server. • Allocation of goods for each driver aligned to the delivery schedule. • Ensure all assigned SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) responsibilities are fulfilled. • Collaborate with Administrative Clerk to list of expected deliveries. • Attention to detail and accurately differentiate packages. • Unload packages from warehouse and ensure returns going out are sealed and accounted for. • Inspect contents to ensure that they are undamaged. • Verify packages according to stock transfers. • Ensure that all paperwork is up to date for the Admin Clerk. • Maintain accurate record and assist with inventory control. • General administrative duties and reports. • Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place and delivery schedules where possible. • Packing of stock for outbound shipments. • Delivery and filling of medical sets. • Assist with monthly stock counts and quarterly stock takes. • This role requires the incumbent to work shifts as operationally required. Qualifications & Experience Qualifications • Minimum (required): Matric certificate Experience • Minimum (required): 1 - 3 years' working experience in a similar role. • Preferred (desirable): Experience in Warehouse Operations, Inbound and Outbound, Customs Liaison.
