MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS AND PRO MANAGER
To assume duty as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the College brand custodian and aim to manage and grow the College brand. Regularly view the College brand in relation to the target markets and strategically position College through elements of the brand's marketing mix. Ensure a unified front as a College brand with a shared message conveyed by all associated bodies
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies in line with the overall school strategy
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of potential parents and boys, and current stakeholders, and monitor market and brand health trends (to inform brand-related decision-making)
- Identify and deliver positive exposure opportunities for the brand through multi-functional teamwork
- Serve in a PR capacity, connecting with staff, current and potential parents and boys, and all school stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for brand growth
- Knowledge of secondary school education systems
- Strategic influence
- Flexibility and willingness to respond to change
