Requirements- 3-year Tertiary Qualification in Administration and/or Sales & Marketing.
- 3-5 years' experience in administration, marketing, sales/business development.
- Experience in enterprise development.
- Knowledge of SMMEs and /or incubation industry.
- Project management experience.
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Report writing skills and problem-solving.
- Experience in media relations, and marketing communications.
- Experience in public relations.
- Responsible for assisting the SMMEs and Rapid Incubator in all areas of marketing and administration from the development elements to their execution.
- Assisting with market research and report writing.
- Responsible for maintaining the Centre's website and other social marketing tools and managing inquiries generated by visitors to the website.
- Responsible for the handling of petty cash.
- Provide input to the budgets.
- Monitoring the budget levels by collecting financial data.
- Ordering/dispatching supplies.
- Provide advice to the Centre's clients on marketing-related issues.
- Provide administrative support.
- Data capturing.
- Reception/front desk.
- Diary management.
- Assisting in achieving the sales target of the SMMEs.
- Encouraging SMMEs to incorporate innovative methods of marketing to their enterprises.
