Job Description

Our organization is seeking a motivated Management Assistant Intern who requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete their qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. This internship will provide valuable hands on experience in a professional environment and exposure to administrative and management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office administration team
  • Assist with filing, document management, and record keeping
  • Support onboarding administration
  • Help coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other activities
  • Assist with general office administration duties
Minimum Requirements
  • Currently studying towards a Business Management, Business Administration, or related qualification
  • Requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete the qualification (Preferred candidates)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
