Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Team at our Safeline Site. This role requires a strong engineering foundation, solid maintenance leadership, and a passion for driving plant reliability and continuous improvement

  • Ensure production machinery uptime targets are met.
  • Manage planned maintenance system.
  • Manage tooling control, spares inventory and QMS-related performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage the annual Capex budget. Ensure the projects deliver on planned ROI.
  • Oversee Site infrastructure and facilities to ensure compliance with Group standards and regulations.
  • Manage maintenance budget, analyse cost variances, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with OSH Act and ISO 14001.
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring skills and KPIs support business plan, as well as work culture is aligned to Company values.
  • BSc Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • GCC advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in engineering or maintenance.
  • Knowledge of OSH Act, Maintenance systems, RCA, and Project management.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and maintenance systems)
