Maintenance Lead

We are seeking an experienced and hands on Maintenance Lead for a fixed term contract position.

3 Hendrik Potgieter Street, Eastleigh, Edenvale

• Approximately 7 years' experience in a maintenance or similar role
• Strong background in general plumbing, painting, tiling, and electrical knowledge
• Proven skills in metal and wood working
• Gardening skills and grounds maintenance will be a strong advantage
• Previous experience managing a small to medium size team will be beneficial
• Must be able to communicate confidently in English (verbal and written)

• Upselling capability and client facing confidence

• Contactable references are essential
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and deadlines
