We are looking for experienced Machine Setters to ensure that production line equipment

operates efficiently,safely and consistently to meet required production output and quality standards.

In this role, you will be responsible forsetting up, adjusting and optimising production line equipment, executingefficient changeovers and maintaining stable machine performance to supportcontinuous production flow.

You will play a critical role in ensuringmachines operate according to defined process parameters, supporting both production efficiency and product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Set up production machines according to SOPs
  • Execute efficient changeovers between production runs to minimise downtime
  • Perform basic troubleshooting related to machine setup and process settings
  • Maintain critical parameters such as fill levels, sealing, torque and process settings
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety procedures and 5S standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in machine setup, changeovers and adjustments
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Experience in cosmetics or FMCG production (advantageous)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong discipline in following SOPs
KNOWLEDGE
  • Knowledge of GMP, hygiene and safety standards
