This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, acquisitive healthcare business in Cape Town that's aggressively expanding through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. What this role is about:Working closely with the CFO, you'll play a key role in driving acquisitions, building sophisticated financial models, and supporting major investment decisions. From 51% share acquisitions to potential R400m+ transactions and new discipline expansion, you'll help turn strategy into numbers - and numbers into action.
Key responsibilities:- Build and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
- Develop acquisition valuations and investment cases
- Support financial due diligence and transaction execution
- Assist with funding analysis and deal structuring
- Track post acquisition performance vs. assumptions
- Partner with operational leaders to translate strategy into financial insights
